Mandarin Oriental Savoy Zurich has opened its new rooftop bar on the seventh floor of the iconic building at Paradeplatz, offering beautiful views of the city of Zurich.
After opening its doors in December 2023, Mandarin Oriental Savoy Zurich unveiled its new rooftop bar this spring, named in honor of the founding year of the iconic building at Paradeplatz. The rooftop bar not only serves delicious food and refreshing drinks but also offers beautiful views of the city of Zurich, the Alps and Lake Zurich. It has opened just in time for the upcoming warm summer days, providing a perfect retreat for those looking to take a break and relax from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Situated on the seventh floor of the 185-year-old building, the bar accommodates up to 50 guests. In line with the hotel’s name and design, the rooftop bar is elegantly adorned with a modern flair and small mandarin trees, harmonizing with the design by renowned Parisian designer Tristan Auer.
The Asian-inspired cuisine, created by Executive Chef Benjamin Halat, features dishes such as Thai Ceviche, Korean-Style Fried Chicken, and the traditional Som Tam Salad. In addition to wine, champagne and sake, the rooftop bar also offers a variety of cocktails and mocktails.
