Last year, Genesis opened its second location in Switzerland in Basel’s most prestigious address, Freie Strasse 38. The Genesis Studio is more than just a showroom elegantly displaying the exclusive Genesis model range. It is considered a place of inspiration where customers and interested parties can experience the outstanding hospitality in the spirit of the Korean «son nim» philosophy firsthand.
Genesis Studio Basel covers 479 square meters and has a 234 square meter showroom for two vehicles, several consultation rooms for customer meetings and office space. The on-site service not only includes personal advice from a Genesis Personal Assistant, who takes care of all the customer’s needs, but also arranges and carries out test drives in a Genesis model of choice.
Genesis Studio Basel is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm and on Saturday from 9:30 am to 5 pm, with Genesis Personal Assistants available throughout to help customers understand the Genesis difference, explore the model range and learn more about the brand.
