Gourmet chef Pascal Schmutz and Lallier champagne are teaming up to present «Schamp-Bar», a unique pop-up experience at the 4-star superior hotel Ameron Zurich Bellerive au Lac from 14 to 16 December, 2023. During the first two days, guests can enjoy a delicious 7-course menu by Pascal Schmutz. On the third day, they can enjoy a day party with DJs Mia Soriano and Goldnugget.
On Thursday and Friday evening, the Bellerive Bar at the Ameron Zurich Bellerive au Lac will transform into «Schamp Bar», where an intimate cooking experience will be offered to 24 people. Guests can enjoy a 7-course menu by Pascal Schmutz, which is prepared in front of them. The menu features dishes that suit the holiday season. All courses are accompanied by a selection of different Lallier champagnes.
The seven-course menu is priced at CHF 129, with a champagne accompaniment available for CHF 52. This includes a selection of five distinct champagnes from Lallier, complemented by a delightful small surprise.
Saturday Day Event at «Schamp-Bar»
On Saturday afternoon, «Schamp-Bar» invites you to a day party at Ameron Zurich Bellerive au Lac. Reservations are not necessary on this day. Culinary highlights include Lallier’s champagne bar and small dishes from Pascal Schmutz’s extensive repertoire. These include: «Sexy Fishroll», marinated fish with Sancho guacamole in a brio-cheese bun, «Züri-Tradition», a veal fillet with mushroom cream sauce on mashed potatoes and vegetable sushi with pumpkin and Buddha mayonnaise. DJs Mia Soriano and Goldnugget will provide the music.
