Interview with Kristina Sophie Bröckel – CEO & Founder of ReNewMe

The Beginning of a Vision

Like many meaningful innovations, ReNewMe started with a deeply personal quest.
“I eat consciously and in a balanced way,” Kristina explains, “but many essential nutrients simply cannot be obtained through food alone — and some key longevity molecules like NMN or NAD+ not at all.”

What began as curiosity soon became a daily routine, and that routine evolved into a highly complex protocol of nearly 20 different supplements. It was complicated, time-consuming, and costly.


“I wanted a solution that truly worked for me — scientifically grounded, highly bioavailable, simple, and compatible with everyday life. That’s when I realized how rapidly the longevity movement was growing, and how many people were searching for preventive, effective, and accessible solutions.”

This moment marked the beginning of a vision: to transform longevity from something exclusive, complicated, and overwhelming into something intuitive, personalized, and achievable — for everyone.

Longevity – What Does It Really Mean?

The term longevity is often misunderstood. “It’s not about living forever,” Kristina emphasises.

“It’s about shortening the period of illness at the end of life – and extending the health span.”

A Turning Point Born of Tragedy

The vision behind ReNewMe stems from a deeply personal loss. Kristina lost her father at just 58 years old – despite an active lifestyle and regular health checks.

“This completely changed my perspective on prevention. In Switzerland, we spend 92 billion Swiss francs every year on treating diseases – but only 2% on prevention. Yet 50–70% of illnesses could be detected early or prevented.”

This pain became the driving force behind her mission: to not leave health to chance, but to shape it consciously.

ReNewMe is an answer to the question of how modern longevity can work holistically.

The brand combines scientifically patented Swiss-made high-tech formulations, personalised AI recommendations, and a deep understanding of lifestyle and aesthetics.

On October 21, The ReNewMe Experience – Investor Edition took place for the first time, marking the official launch of the seed funding round. The event, held at a leading longevity clinic on Zurich’s Bahnhofstrasse, brought together selected guests: investors, visionaries, and experts in the longevity field. The evening included Swiss-made longevity drinks, a breathwork session, a panel discussion with top Swiss specialists, as well as product presentations and hands-on longevity activities.

The event set a strong tone for the future of ReNewMe and marked the beginning of a new chapter, shaped by momentum, expertise, and a shared vision of a healthier and longer life span.

The Challenges of Product Development

More than 1.5 years of research went into the first product. The biggest challenge? Developing an all-in-one formula that addresses 12 biological ageing processes.

When the first manufacturer could not deliver the required active ingredients, ReNewMe had to start again from scratch.

Then came the complexity of personalisation. “Developing individual formulations from the ground up is not scalable,” Kristina explains. The solution was an AI-based modular personalisation process – precise, efficient, and economically healthy.

Sustainability as a Core Principle

“For us, sustainability is not only environmental awareness but also social responsibility.”

That’s why all products are vegan, the packaging is recyclable or compostable, and parts of the production take place in collaboration with a Zurich workshop for people with disabilities.

For me, ReNewMe represents a new era, a time in which female founders create new paths, opportunities, and spaces for themselves that hardly existed in the world of entrepreneurship before. Every founder knows how challenging it is to build a company from scratch, and as a single founder, it is an even more unique challenge.

As a woman, one often navigates a still predominantly male environment, in which you have to prove yourself twice. But right now, a major shift is happening. More and more women follow their intuition, take responsibility, and boldly shape the future – whether as founders or investors. I am proud to walk my own path, to trust my intuition, and to stay true to myself, with all the authenticity and passion that define ReNewMe.

This passion and enthusiasm for my vision have already attracted many wonderful people who believe in me, accompany me on my journey, and from whom I can learn a great deal. I am deeply grateful for that. It is important to me to embody humanity, appreciation, and kindness in all my business and private relationships, because that is where true strength and long-term success lie.

The Vision for the Next Five Years

In 2026, ReNewMe plans to launch in the Swiss market. From there, it will also expand into the UK and selected neighbouring countries.

This will be followed by gradual expansion into the EMEA region, particularly Dubai and Saudi Arabia, where there is already strong interest. Asia represents another important focus, as longevity and preventive health are rapidly gaining significance there.

The brand aims to grow – but remain flexible, open to new research and new needs.
